Just a short drive away, I’ve got a girly holiday event for my feminine friends. Pink Christmas Fest will be happening from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Country Grace Farms, 7901 FM 1101, Seguin. According to the Facebook post, the festival will bring the “cutest, rootin’-tootin’ pink Christmas vibes to town.” There will be food trucks, a carousel, train, a lighted tunnel, farm animals, drinks, a boutique, a pink Santa and the “cutest Christmas displays.” Buy your tickets here: countrygracefarms.com.
Now, for those civically minded folks, there will be a community discussion: “What does public safety mean to your community?” It will be from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday at the San Marcos Public Library. From the online flier that’s been circulating, it’s unclear what group is hosting, but it has been reposted by a city council member, which means it’s sure to be well attended.
