The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce will host its next Leadership Lab on Jan. 22, featuring Randy Bryan, CEO and founder of tek-RESCUE. He will deliver an insightful presentation titled “5 AI Leverage Points Business Leaders Will Use to Win in 2026.”
As part of the Chamber’s Business Education Series, Leadership Labs provide businesses with timely insights on topics shaping today’s business environment. Bryan’s presentation will focus on how forward-thinking leaders are using artificial intelligence not as a trend to chase, but as a strategic advantage applied intentionally in areas that drive long-term growth and resilience.
In his talk, Bryan will explore how businesses that are outperforming their peers are making a few focused, compounding decisions — many of which involve AI as leverage rather than novelty. He will also discuss how the leadership gap is expected to widen in 2026 based on how effectively organizations identify and apply these leverage points.
Bryan is the CEO and founder of tekRESCUE, a technology and cybersecurity- focused firm that helps organizations operate securely in an increasingly AI-driven world.
