Approximately 70-80 people gathered at the Square for a vigil in honor of Renee Good, 37, of Minnesota, by an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer in Minneapolis on Jan. 7. Mano Amiga, a local activist group, hosted the vigil on Friday, Jan. 9. The stated intent was to honor Good and “other lives taken by the immigration system,” according to a press release issued by the organization.
