Both of my events take place on Sunday, so clear your calendars. Triple Six Social, 329 Cheatham Street, will be hosting a A Dark Market — Edgar Allen Poe edition from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free for all ages and will have music, local artisans, tarot readings and oddities in addition to their selection of coffees.
Robyn Ludwick, co-owner of Devil’s Backbone Tavern, will be performing her music in the Dance Hall from 1 to 4 p.m. with her husband and fellow co-owner John on the bass. She plays “soulful bluesy, rootsy, country music,” according to the Facebook post. Her voice is like butter, so you don’t want to miss it. Maybe stop by the Tavern for a beer out back to take in the breathtaking Hill Country views before the show.
