The San Marcos CISD Board of Trustees are set to hold a regular meeting on Monday, where it has several items up for action.
The board will first consider a board policy update. The trustees will then consider the approval of purchase of attendance credits from the state.
The board will also discuss and take possible action regarding a cap on board member legal expenses. According to information provided by SMCISD, the board of trustees spent $3,359 in legal expenses from Jan. 1 - June 30.
