Rock Bottom String Band, which was named Best Americana at the KZSM Music Awards, will be playing at Tantra Friday. The show is from 8-11 p.m. and costs $10. They will also have the Handyband Collective there explaining what they do. According to the website, the Handyband Collective pairs musicians who have craftsman and trade skills with local homeowners in need of their services.
“Pride and Prejudice” will take the stage at the Inspired Minds Art Center, 121 N. Main St., Buda, on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. This will be Janet Munsil’s sparkling stage adaptation of Jane Austen’s classic tale, which has been “highly popular with schools and community theatres for its clarity, comedy, and large number of great acting roles - especially for women,” according to the Facebook post.
