February is by far the busiest month for sports in San Marcos.
Between the Rattlers and the Bobcats, ten teams are playing in San Marcos this month which can keep both a fan and a sports editor on their toes.
This weekend will see the Texas State men’s basketball team, Bobcat softball team and the Rattlers soccer team play at home.
It begs the question how does one keep up with everything within a reasonable time frame.
The best possible advice is simply pace yourself and encourage everyone to learn more about the teams that are playing at home this weekend Never witness a soccer game? Go watch the Rattlers in the middle of their playoff hunt. Haven’t heard about the Bobcats chase for a conference title? Head to Strahan to what should be an electric atmosphere.
