Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce celebrates the Stars of the community

The Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce recognized outstanding local businesses and community leaders at its annual Star Awards on March 5, held at Dripping Springs Distilling. The evening brought together members of the business community to celebrate the people and organizations contributing to Dripping Springs’ continued growth and success.

Business of the Year was awarded to Dripping Springs Automotive, recognized for its strong reputation and commitment to serving the community.

Non-Profit of the Year went to Dripping Springs Community Library for its impact on education, and community engagement.

The Business Person of the Year honor was presented to Bill Warren & Michelle Matthews of Pig Pen BBQ for their leadership and involvement in the local business community.

Additional awards included Up & Coming Business for Slice Street Pizza and Outstanding Customer Service for Acopon Brewing Co..

The Hometown Hero Award was presented to Dripping Springs Cook-Off Club for its ongoing support of local nonprofits.

The Chamber also recognized Ambassador of the Year Hope Boatright for her service in supporting and welcoming Chamber members.

During the program, Chamber President Susan Kimball was recognized for ten years of leadership and service to the Chamber and the Dripping Springs business community.

The Star Awards continue to highlight the businesses, nonprofits, and volunteers helping shape the future of Dripping Springs.
