E5 Fitness

Every class is divided into 5 different timebased segmentseach with a different focus. The segments are enable--endureengage--exert--and rEcover. Each participant controls the intensity of movement for themselves. E5 Fitness is based on a variability of movements, so your brain get a workout along with your body! For ages 18 and up.
