Dacy Business Park in Kyle kicks off Phase 2 with open house

Business leaders, investors, and community partners gathered on March 11 along the burgeoning IH-35 corridor for the Phase 2 Open House of Dacy Business Park. The industrial-flex development serves as a strategic hub for small and mid-sized businesses fueling the growth of Kyle and Hays county markets.

Hosted by LT Commercial Group (LTCG), the event brought together representatives from the City of Kyle, regional economic development groups, lenders, brokers, and local entrepreneurs. The open house functioned as both a networking forum and a property showcase, underlining the sustained economic momentum of the Austin - San Antonio corridor.

The warehouse space was transformed into a showcase venue, featuring a red-carpet entrance, curated vehicle displays, and a gallery-style layout for guests to experience the property while connecting with industry peers.

“Our vision goes beyond marketing a property,” said Lezlie Tram, CEO of LT Commercial Group. “We aim to create experiences that bring the business community together and highlight opportunities in emerging markets like Kyle.”

The program featured remarks from regional leaders and project partners, culminating in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the development’s latest milestone. Guests toured the Phase 2 suites while enjoying local catering by Taco Man 512 and exclusive tequila tastings provided by Subele Tequila.

Dacy Business Park offers flexible industrial and commercial space for businesses seeking proximity to Austin within the rapidly expanding Kyle market.

Additional tours and leasing information are expected in the coming weeks. LT Commercial Group LT is a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, investment, and strategic marketing.
