The city of San Marcos will host a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, April 16, to share details about upcoming infrastructure improvements along Linda Drive. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the San Marcos Activity Center in Meeting Room 2, 501 E Hopkins St.
City engineers will present plans for the Linda Drive Phase 1 Improvements, which include replacing aging water and wastewater lines and converting overhead electric utilities to underground service between River Road and Bugg Lane. In total, the project includes approximately 4,000 linear feet of waterline replacement, 3,400 linear feet of wastewater line replacement, and 6,000 linear feet of overhead electric conversion.
Project exhibits will be available for review, and residents will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. All interested community members are encouraged to attend.
