The San Marcos Police Department, the San Marcos Fire Department and the San Marcos-Hays County EMS responded to a call just after 4 p.m. on April 2 that a man fell out of a window at The Local apartment complex in downtown San Marcos, according to a spokesperson for the city of San Marcos. The Local apartment complex is located at 210 N. Edward Gary St.
The man was transported to Ascension Seton Hays hospital in Kyle in critical condition, according to the spokesperson. As of press time at 11 a.m. on Friday, the status of the man was unknown.
