The Hays County Commissioners Court will discuss and take possible action to select a new voting system for the county at its Tuesday morning session.
On June 4, the court held a workshop where two certified vendors, Hart InterCivic and Election Systems and Software (ES&S), presented their respective voting systems.
In Hays County’s 2016 election, more than 1,800 ballots went missing when an electronic device containing 1,816 votes was overlooked.
