A small plane crashed at the San Marcos Regional Airport on Thursday.
Three people were on board but there were no injuries, according to San Marcos Police Commander Christopher Tureaud.
“While SMPD responded to the incident to provide immediate life safety support, we actually aren’t the investigating agency on this,” SMPD Chief Chase Stapp said in a statement. “(The Texas Department of Safety) in conjunction with (the Federal Aviation Administration) will work the incident and determine cause.”
The airport resumed normal business Thursday afternoon.
