Live Oak Health Partners Primary Care recently added a new physician, Dr. Connie Pham, Doctor of Osteopathy, to its team.
Pham joins a practice of nearly 20 primary and specialty care physicians and nurse practitioners working together to serve Hays County.
“I am excited for this new opportunity,” Pham said. “I look forward to growing with Live Oak Health Partners and building lifelong relationships with my patients.”
Pham brings a broad range of experience from all over the country to the practice. A native of the Orlando area, she earned her Bachelors Degree in anthropology from the University of Florida before pursuing her Masters Degree in molecular medicine at the University of South Florida. Pham continued her education in Florida becoming a Doctor of Osteopathy at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton.
Most recently, Pham was in the New York area at a family medical practice on Long Island after doing her internship and residency at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra and Northwell at Plainview Hospital respectively.
“Our goal is to provide the best care possible for the people of Hays County. The addition of a dedicated family physician like Dr. Pham reinforces that goal and allows us to better serve our growing population,” Live Oak Health Partners Administrator Brent Hastings said.
Live Oak Health Partners (LOHP) was formed Jan. 1, 2012 by joining two existing medical practices in San Marcos: Central Texas Medical Associates and Specialty Physicians of Central Texas. It is the first locally operated multi-specialty group in Hays County.

LOHP specialty care services include allergies/ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, pulmonology, critical care, obstetrics and gynecology. Several Live Oak surgeons perform procedures using the physician-guided da Vinci robotic system.
The Live Oak Community Clinic operates the clinical services at the Hays County Health Department, providing family care, well-child exams and immunizations to Hays County residents in need.
