San Marcos Police responded to a single-vehicle, fatality accident on Friday morning.
SMPD is investigating the incident that occurred on Post Road. San Marcos Police, Fire and Hays County EMS were dispatched to the 1800 block of Post Road for a major collision involving a motorcycle, officials said.
Justin David Malott, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene by Hays County Justice of the Peace Jo Anne Prado, police said. Next of Kin has been notified.
