In an article on Oct. 13 titled ‘Planning & Zoning Approves Gumby’s CUP’ it was incorrectly stated that “now that the CUP has been approved by P&Z, the item will move to City Council for final consideration.” The conditional use permit was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, and will not need to be approved by City Council.
