Texas State student found unresponsive in residence hall, later pronounced dead

A Texas State University student was found unresponsive at a residence hall and was later pronounced dead, the university said in a tweet. 

There is no evidence of foul play and there is no further danger, according to Texas State. The student’s family has been notified. 

We are sad to inform the university community that today a TXST student was found unresponsive in a residence hall at our San Marcos campus & later pronounced dead. There is no evidence of foul play & there is no danger to the community. The student's family has been notified.
