Man fired gun into the air at The Rooftop Bar

After firing his gun into the air during an altercation early Wednesday morning, 22-year-old Tre’shaun Campbell has been arrested by the San Marcos Police Department.

According to a Facebook post by the police department, officers were called to The Rooftop Bar following the incident. No one was injured during the altercation, officials said.

“Security camera video shows a fight between Campbell and several other people,” the department said in the post. “Campbell is then seen pulling out a pistol and firing one shot into the air, stopping the fight.

Campbell is being charged with one count of unlawfully carrying of firearm on a premises allowed to sell alcoholic beverages.
