The San Marcos Consolidated ISD Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Monday.
The trustees have several items up for action. The board will hear a presentation by auditors regarding the 2019 Comprehensive Financial Report and will later consider approval of the report.
The trustees will consider the adoption of a resolution to identify hazardous conditions within two miles of a school campus. The board will consider a resolution to vote for candidate(s) for the Board of Directors of the Caldwell County Appraisal District, a resolution to vote for candidate(s) for the Board of Directors of the Guadalupe Appraisal District and a resolution to vote for candidate(s) for the Board of Directors of the Hays Central Appraisal District.
The board will also consider approval of district and campus improvement plans, consider approval of budget amendments and consider the approval to enter a contract with Student1.org for custom software development using Michael and Susan Dell Foundation Grant Funds.
The trustees will head into closed session to consider and take possible action on the contract with Webber Commercial Construction, LLC for the SMCISD Miller Middle School renovation and addition project.
Monday’s meeting is set for 6 p.m. at San Marcos High School — 2601 Rattler Rd. — inside the criminal justice classroom.
