Central Texas Dispute Resolution Center received a Proclamation from the Caldwell County Commissioner’s Court for serving the unserved or underserved with mediation assistance, providing education services for Caldwell, Comal, Guadalupe, and Hays Counties. The CTDRC offers its services to over a half a million people in its service and ancillary areas. Mediation allows people to sit down with one another in a comfortable, informal setting and figure out the best way to solve their issue, whether it is family related, such as divorce, custody or child support, or neighborhood quarrel or business-consumer disagreement. Dispute resolution is provided at low cost or free, depending on the financial situation of the persons involved, and is open to the general public as well as through the court system. All the mediators with CTDRC are practicing attorneys in the State of Texas and/or credentialed through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
