Paul L. Welcher passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019, in San Marcos, Texas, at the age of
91. He was born in Motley County, Texas, on November 1, 1928. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He served 20 years in the United States Air Force, during which time he was stationed in Turkey, Panama, Alaska and Germany. He was a devout Christian with a jovial personality who was well liked by everyone. He enjoyed old movies as well as gardening.
