Benjamin Rodriguez passed away in San Marcos, Texas, on Friday, January 17, 2020, at the age of 53.
He could walk into a room for 5 minutes and walk out with 20 friends. He dedicated his life trying his best to help every person he met that needed it. Whether it was a shoulder to cry on, advice, or a point in the right direction he was always there. Ben was a man of faith and wanted to show others the love he had found.
He was born in San Marcos where he was raised by his father and mother, Juan and Catalina Rodriguez. He was the youngest of five, Albert Rodriguez, Leroy Rodriguez, John Rodriguez, and Mary Tijerina. In San Marcos, he met his high school sweetheart, Christina Rodriguez, and they have been married for 29 years. They had three beautiful children, Ethan Rodriguez, Avery Rodriguez, and John Lucas Rodriguez.
