A Texas State University fraternity has been suspended following a university investigation.
Pi Kappa Phi fraternity was suspended for a minimum of seven years after Texas State’s chapter was sued by a student for allegedly attacking him.
“The administrative review of Pi Kappa Phi has been completed,” the university said in a statement. “The fraternity has been suspended for a minimum of seven years beginning Jan. 27, 2020.”
