Letter to the Editor

The 4th of July — the nation’s birthday — has come and gone. It is now up to each one of us to take a deep breath of fresh air and pick someplace to start re-building our basic faith, not only in God but in each other. We need to reopen as the pilgrims did — what we posses we can assemble and go forward.

It is time for all “bible-based churches,” community service clubs like Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions and Boy and Girl Scouts to organize in the United States as well as worldwide. We cannot meet face to face but we can keep giving by all forms of interest in today’s world.
