Lisa Prewitt, Democrat, is running for election for the position of Hays County Commissioner, Precinct 3. Prewitt has served on the City Council for the City of San Marcos for 6 years. Prewitt has served as vice-chair of the Comprehensive Master Plan Advisory for San Marcos and a member of the San Marcos Watershed Initiative.
