School Fuel recognizes Berry Aviation for giving 36,000 sacks
School Fuel presented Berry Aviation with a token of appreciation for providing 36,000 sacks for the entire 2020-2021 school year. Berry Aviation President Stan Finch and other Berry staff were on hand to receive the award. Berry Aviation’s worldwide headquarters is located at the San Marcos Regional Airport, relocating here in 1993 from Austin. The San Marcos operation includes a FBO as well as government services and cargo capability. Berry Aviation and its staff have supported School Fuel’s preparation and packing, Fun Run and other activities for a number of years.

US says COVID-19 vaccine to start arriving in states Monday
WASHINGTON (AP) — The nation's first COVID-19 vaccine will begin arriving in states Monday morning, U.S. officials said Saturday, after the government gave the final go-ahead to the shots needed to end an outbreak that has killed nearly 300,000 Americans.

Dripping Springs proclaims May 8, 2021, as World Migratory Bird Day
The Dripping Springs City Council, at their November 10th meeting approved a resolution recognizing World Migratory Bird Day (WMBD). This day will be recognized on Saturday, May 8, 2021 and every second Saturday of May, annually, as World Migratory Bird Day in the City of Dripping Springs.
