Majestic Monarchs in Town
The journey south is beginning as these Monarch butterflies enjoy a brief layover in San Marcos this past Sunday. The butterflies are on a 2,500-mile trek from Canada, where they breed, to the forests of central Mexico, where they will hibernate.
