Alleged fentanyl dealer charged with murder in overdose death
Hays County Sheriff's Office hosted a joint press conference with the District Attorney’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Agency’s Fentanyl Task Force at the county’s Public Safety Building Wednesday to provide an update of the investigation into the death of 15-year-old male from a fentanyl overdose on April 11. Police said they have arrested and charged an 18-year-old with both felony murder and delivery of a controlled dangerous substance.

Why First Republic failed. Are other banks to follow?
First Republic Bank has become the second large regional bank with assets over $200 billion to fail in just a few weeks. Like Silicon Valley Bank, which was seized by the government on March 10, First Republic catered to a wealthy clientele, which helped it grow deposits rapidly but may have also contributed to its undoing. The bank's business model left it susceptible to a sudden rise in interest rates.

This past Wednesday, Lizzy Fritzler, a senior at Hill Country Christian School, committed to the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri, to be a member of their track and field team, throwing both shotput and discus. Board of Trustees approves some position raises, tables others
