Police arrested Keith Vallen Louis III, who had a warrant out for his arrest in a rape incident that occured on Monday at The Edge aparments.
Louis was located and arrested in Austin on Friday by members of the United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the FBI Central Texas Violent Crimes Task Force.
He will be transported and booked at the Hays County Jail.
