Darlene Byrne, Judge, Third Court of Appeals, Democratic Party

Darlene Byrne, Democrat, is a judge of the Texas 126th District Court. She was re-elected without opposition in 2012 and 2016.  Her current term ends on December 31, 2020. Byrne is running for election for the Place 1 judge of the Texas Third District Court of Appeals.  

Byrne received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Byrne has been judge of Texas District 126 since 2001. Prior to that, she worked as a private practice attorney.
