Tickets are on sale now for the Broadway in Austin production of “Six The Musical,” presented by Texas Performing Arts.
From Tudor Queens to pop icons, “Six” features the six wives of Henry VIII as they take to the microphone to remix five centuries of historical heartbreak into a celebration of modern-day girl power. The musical will make its premiere at Bass Concert Hall Oct. 3 - 8 as the first show of the 2023-2024 Broadway In Austin season. The Tony Award-winning musical won 23 awards in the 2021/2022 Broadway season, including the Tony for Best Original Score as well as the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical.
The cast features Gerianne Pérez as Catherine of Aragon, Zan Berube as Anne Boleyn, Amina Faye as Jane Seymour, Terica Marie as Anna of Cleves, Aline Mayagoitia as Katherine Howard, and Sydney Parra as Catherine Parr. The cast also includes Aryn Bohannon, Marilyn Caserta, Jana Larell Glover, Taylor Pearlstein and Cecilia Snow.
