Ashley Storch, a San Marcos High School Student, tells past President Diana Spencer about her painting of her neighbor, whom she dearly loved that went off to join the Marine’s when he was 20.  He was later KIA in Afghanista. Storch was recognized for her Patriotic Art by Maurice T. Suttles VFW Post 3413 at their joint meeting.
