Hernandez's Texas Day

With Spring Break just a few hours away, some Hernandez Elementary students spent last Friday learning all about Texas in a variety of state-themed activities. Down the hall in Victoria Julian’s class, first graders Iya Kincheon, Vanity Natal and Willow Mueller proudly show off their finished construction paper bluebonnets, which they learned is the state flower of Texas.
