San Marcans traveling along the Interstate Highway 35 feeder road might be surprised to see firefighters from the San Marcos Fire Department asking for donations from drivers as part of their annual “Fill the Boot’ for Muscular Dystrophy Association” campaign. During his shift, firefighter David Tomas carries his boot for donations.
