I-35 exit ramp closures planned near outlet malls for Black Friday shopping

Two Interstate 35 exit ramps will be closed in San Marcos during the upcoming Black Friday weekend. 

The City of San Marcos will close exit ramps near the San Marcos Premium Outlets for traffic control. 

According to the city, the northbound ramp at McCarty Lane will be closed starting Friday from 4 a.m. until Sunday at 6 p.m. Additionally, the southbound ramp at Centerpoint road will close on Friday at 4 a.m. and will reopen on Saturday at 8 p.m.
