Texas Aviation Partners promotes Berenato to vice president

Sunday, August 1, 2021

Texas Aviation Partners, which manages the San Marcos Regional Airport, has tapped Cassidy Berenato as its new vice president, the company announced Friday.

Berenato has been with TAP since its creation in 2007 and was serving as its director of marketing and business development. In her role, she has overseen TAP’s marketing, financial reporting, development, customer service and real estate management. As vice president, Berenato will be responsible for oversight of airport operations, capital improvement funding, new construction and the implementation of the San Marcos Regional Airport’s master plan, TAP said.

“Cassidy continues to demonstrate her innate interest in aviation, its people, and the intricacies of this complex industry,” Texas Aviation Partners President Jim Wimberly said. “Her desire to intentionally learn while adhering to the Golden Rule with our customers and co-workers makes her the logical choice to help our company for many years to come. We’re blessed to have her on the TAP team and congratulate her on this promotion.”

Berenato holds a bachelor's degree in public relations and accreditation in business foundations from the University of Texas at Austin. She’s also a licensed real estate agent and student pilot.

TAP states that it’s one of Texas’s largest airport services companies. The company was founded in 2007 to offer a unique blend of aviation and business solutions. TAP provides airport, FBO management, business development plans, capital improvement project management, and consulting services. TAP manages three locations with 21 employees.
