Rebecca Soto

Rebecca Soto passed away on Thursday, October 10 at the age of 59. 

Rebecca was born on January 27, 1960 in Kerrville, Texas. She graduated from Tivy High School in 1978.  After graduation, she began working at the Kerrville Telephone Company as an Operator. She then moved to San Marcos and began working at the San Marcos Telephone Company as a Telephone Operator. She worked at Texas State University in Network Operations as a Telecommunications Assistant.

She is survived by best Friend and twin sister, Rachel Soto; brother, John Soto Jr.; nephews Weston Wyble and Jacob Wyble; niece, Gabrielle Soto; and furry companions, Bojangles, Bitsie, and Ben-nee. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Lydia.

A memorial mass is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
