There’s an existing U.S. Federal criminal Statute titled “Fruits from The Poisonous Tree” which states that if the fruits are poisonous, it logically and legally follows that the tree is therefore poisonous also. For example, a bad warrant negates good intents; or bad ones, by law enforcement agencies serving it. This Law insures fairness and Justice to every U.S. citizen accused of criminal wrong doing in this Country. And it insures that all Law enforcing officers know the Law before applying it against citizens.
That’s why I love our U.S. Constitution. Where would we be without Laws and Order? Can you imagine living in Communist or Socialist, or even Fascist regimes of the past, or present? Or even in times of the god king philosopher/ priest gone mad with power of ancient past?
