Series History: Louisiana leads series, 10-0 Memorable Moments: During the 2020 game on Halloween Night, Texas State pulled off a picture perfect fake field goal when Seth Keller ran for a 12-yard touchdown run. The Bobcats lost to Louisiana, 44-34, in the highest scoring game of the series.

Fun Facts: Despite being in FBS since 1978, Louisiana didn't qualify for it's first bowl game until 2011, when the Ragin Cajuns made it to the New Orleans Bowl. Louisiana has undergone both a school name change and a mascot name change. Before 1974, the school was known as the Southwestern Louisiana Bulldogs.
