A Word About Recycling

Today’s column is going to be a little different. When I went to the Resource Recycling newsletter (I often use them for stories) to see what stories they had that I might use one as a basis for this column, I was confronted with several, each of which would make a good column. Not being able to choose which one would be best, I decided to just publish the headline of the story with a small opening of it and show what was available for anyone interested in it.

Art Leage hosts members’ show at Price Center

The San Marcos Art League will be hosting its annual members’ show titled “A Place For Art” this summer from June 1 through July 24 at The Price Center. Because of social distancing practices, SMAL will not have an opening reception for the exhibit, but the San Marcos community is encouraged to come to the Price Center during hours of operation (10 a.m.-5 p.m.) and see this exhibit featuring San Marcos Art League members.

Nearly all of us, if not all, use a bottle almost each day for some type of refreshment/nourishment. Be it a water bottle, soft drink bottle, energy liquid, beer bottle, or for the very little ones, a baby bottle. Thus, this Resource Recycling newsletter article caught our eye.
