A man suspected in an apartment shooting that resulted in the death of a 21-year-old woman turned himself in Wednesday.
Steven Deshawn Crawford, 20, was booked at the Hays County Jail on a murder charge in the death of Ivoryana Chante Ballard, 21.
Ballard was found dead on May 30 inside a residence at Redpoint Apartments with apparent gunshot wounds, according to the San Marcos Police Department.
