Must-haves when hosting game night at home

Make watermelon the centerpiece of a summer meal
Make watermelon the centerpiece of a summer meal
Few things are as delicious and refreshing as watermelon on a warm day. Watermelon grows quite readily in summer and is often ready to pick after three months of growing time. Harvesters look for a pale buttery yellow spot on the bottom of watermelon (the ground spot), indicating ripeness. However, shoppers can do their part and pick perfect watermelon at the store. Local news is good for business
Local news is good for business
It’s no secret that recent years have been tough on small businesses and on newspapers. For too many newspapers, help can’t come soon enough. Economic challenges have resulted in too many communities seeing their local newspapers being forced to lay off staff, cut back on publication days or – worse yet – close.
