Miguel Suazo is a 2018 Democratic candidate seeking election to the position of Commissioner of the General Land Office for the state of Texas. He received his law degree from the University of New Mexico and is an Austin energy and natural resources attorney and is the managing partner of Suazo Legal Group which has locations in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Morgan’s firm focuses on compliance with regulations enforced by the Texas Railroad Commission, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, US Bureau of Land Management, EPA and US Department of the Interior.
