Robert Stovall is a 2018 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House of Representatives for the state of Texas to represent the 21st Congressional District of Texas. He was born in Mexico City and raised in San Antonio, and is a 7th generation Texan. Stovall graduated from Antonian College Preparatory High School in 1981 and went on to San Antonio College where he then transferred to The University of North Texas to study chemistry. Stovall is currently CFO of Janal Wholesale Floral Company and owner of La Flor International both family businesses. He has been Chairman of the Republican Party of Bexar County in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
