Hat Creek Burger Company opening soon

Hat Creek Burger Company, the family-friendly, fast-casual restaurant based in Austin, is preparing to open its twelfth location in San Marcos the second week of July. 

The San Marcos Hat Creek, located at 4206 South IH-35, is the brand’s fourth new restaurant this year and will feature a unique playscape, which is a parent and kid favorite. Providing a fun, family-friendly experience is important to the brand, which prides itself on being a destination for families to enjoy a meal and allows kids to run free in a safe environment. The brand’s family-friendly atmosphere and kid-friendly menu items have earned Hat Creek the title of “THE kid-friendly restaurant of Texas” by the Food Network.

The brand offers breakfast from 7 - 10:30 a.m., lunch and dinner daily using locally sourced and organic ingredients.

In addition to burgers, Hat Creek offers a variety of items including fresh salads, grain burgers, gluten-free pickles and fries, gluten-free chicken flashers, and shakes, to name a few.

The San Marcos restaurant will be followed by locations in Waco, Temple, two more in Dallas and Houston. Hat Creek has plans for even more in the coming year, including a location in the Austin–Bergstrom International Airport.
