Hays County Sheriff Gary Cutler (right) and Guadalupe County Sheriff Arnold Zwicke (left) presented Sheriffs’ Association of Texas Lt. John Edward Flores – Texas Peacemaker Scholarship to Lauryn Hodges. Lauryn is currently majoring in Nursing at Texas State University in San Marcos. Also present was retired Lt.
