Animal shelter advisory board meets today

The San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter Advisory Committee will meet today at noon in the multi-purpose room at the San Marcos Activity Center.
At today’s meeting, the committee is slated to discuss the shelter’s foster program and its three-year plan for funding and staffing. The advisory committee allots 30 minutes for public comments toward the beginning of its meeting, and another 30 minutes for discussion and consideration of items to be placed on future agendas.
The San Marcos Activity Center is located at 501 E. Hopkins St.
