Becerra and Cardenas to be sworn in Wednesday

The public is invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony for County Judgeelect Ruben Becerra and County Clerk-elect Elaine Cardenas on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at 10 a.m. Judge Linda Rodriguez will preside over the historic event.
The investiture ceremony will take place in the commissioners courtroom, on the third floor of the Hays County Courthouse located at 111 E. San Antonio St. (on the Square). Afterwards, a reception will be held in the Judge’s Office, located next to the courtroom. The public is invited to the reception as well.
