Bus accident occurs on Highway 123

A San Marcos CISD bus was involved in an accident Wednesday morning.
SMCISD said riders on the bus were Bonham Pre-Kindergarten students. The school district said it informed the parents of every child on the bus at the time of the accident. No child was injured in the accident, SMCISD said.
The bus driver was checked on by EMS. His well-being, however, is unknown.
No further information was available at press time Wednesday.
